22 Action Plan

Purpose

Your hard work culminates here – with the creation of your action plan and how you plan to make your teaching and learning explicitly anti-racist. Your willingness to engage in the hard work of anti-racism and adoption/creation/implementation of OER and open pedagogy demonstrates your commitment to your students. This is where your creativity comes alive as you share your action plan for the upcoming semester.

Directions

Please create your action plan and discuss how you intend to integrate OER and open pedagogy as a way to make your teaching and learning explicitly anti-racist. Think both in terms of short-term, easily implemented actions or projects and then then think about the long term. How can you extend or “scale up” your idea? Bring others in? Expand your reach?

Both short-term and long-term plans are valuable; we want to hear your ideas for what can reasonably be accomplished in the near future, and what goals you have that may take more time to implement.
